LEMI

Founded in 1989, LEMI is a Contract Research and Toxicology (CRO) laboratory specializing in the study of substances and products likely to have an effect on health or the environment.

The laboratory is particularly active in the fields of medical devices, chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

We offer three main types of service to industry:

  • Carrying out safety and biological efficacy tests in compliance with current standards, guidelines and reference documents, with a view to preparing marketing authorization dossiers (CE marking, FDA approval, etc.).
  • Conducting R&D studies, from the design of a new product (innovation, optimization, validation) to its production.
  • Advice and assistance on scientific and regulatory aspects (risk analysis to ISO 14971 & ISO/TR 15499).

LEMI has successfully integrated the requirements of ISO 17025 (accredited since 1996) and the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (inspected since 2000) into its quality and study management system.
